After having updated to a model including summer harvest and otherwise finalized input data/model structure, we need to (re-)run the model comparisons that will be included in the Supplementary of the article.
There are 4 sets of comparisons focused on:
1) Genetic data likelihood
2) Survival prior type/source
3) Immigration estimation method (to be run without covariates on immigration)
4) Species weights for rodent covariates
