Adding summer harvest into our model as an explicit process means that all downstream functions / analyses need to be updated.

@stijnhofhuis could you double-check the sensitivity equations in calculateSensitivities.R (Lines 74-126) against the derivations in the attached Excel file? This to make sure that I typed them correctly. redfoxIPM_summerHarvest_ProjMatrix.xlsx
