Book Reading Spells (QOL Spells)

Right now, there is no way to "read" a spell book's name and or label. So a few patterns would help with this. In order of the image: Writer's Reflection (gets page name), Writer's Gambit (sets page name), Dymo's Reflection (gets the label, if not an entity) The only balance problem would be getting true names from books; however, blocking all entities labels should work.

As recommended on the discord, a Page-Number-Reflection, could be called something like Writer's Counter Reflection
