Enhancement: Update hex keys, once its new bugs are resolved

Description: to reduce our reliance on the "different world have different border sizes" feature, it would be nice if we could update the version of hex keys that in the pack, without everything breaking.

This is currently blocked by at least 2 bugs:

• The new version doubled all sources of damage (this might be caused by the same thing that's causing enlightenment damage to still be doubled)
• Some things seemed to use the old "Millions of blocks out" logic (according to Moonlol).

I would like to, at a minimum, be able to reproduce and report the latter to the mod developer. The former might be a bit more pack specific since it's still happening with overcast damage. mixin conflict, perhaps?

we'd still be relying on the different borders, the new hexkeys size is still really big, but the border thing isn't really an issue the double damage thing is super weird though, at least it's probably from a hex addon though, so it shouldn't be too hard to find
