Fix capture of recipes from chefkoch.de #36

Apparently the DOM of chefkoch.de changed from when this capture was first coded, this generates at least a proper recipe name, ingredient list and instructions.

This fixes issue #34 to some extent.

@Chobbes, it is ready to merge. There was some unnecessary whitespace added in the capture, now there isn't.
