Videos recommendation: similar video names #1004

@hellomotow I'm working on a doing this but by tag, see : #1001. I think using tag is better cause this is more precise, can give more use full result and execute faster than searching by similar name.

Tags are good but not ideal. Why tags over video title? Tags are not always used and if they are they are usually very generic.
