Tag-based RSS feeds #3430

Describe the problem to be solved

It appears there may be a use-case for tag-based feeds. I am working with a group "rebooting" indymedia, attempting to facilitate federated, grassroots journalism using ActivityPub and RSS. We think it would prove useful for people to be able to source feeds via tag(s), as it could draw from many different channels, but only on focussed content.

Describe the solution you would like:

Perhaps a "subscription" link from the search results, when filtered by tag.

We are using #peertube as a video hosting platform for our new indymedia codebase and using RSS feeds based on tags to automatically bring the content across based on trust or moderation at our end.

Please be patient ; we are quite busy with the v3 release and the earliest would be for v3.1, potentially mid 2021 (provided the feature is merged implemented by the community and merged in develop by then). We can't really give ETAs sorry..
