Filter my-library->videos page list by transcoding status and add a bulk option to force to transcode web-video, hls or transcript again

Describe the problem to be solved

Actually the video list from the my-library->videos page have a filter allowing only search from title. Howver when we need to check which video have a transcoding/transcribing failed we have to scroll manually to see the max of video transcoding state which is impossible to manage.

Describe the solution you would like

• have a filter by transcoding state to show only the videos with the state selected.
• have a bulk option when the video is checked to be able to force transcoding/transcripting again (or better, PT config option to retry for ever failed transcoding/transcribing)
• have an a list option to show the video list count by 10/100/1000 or all to avoid scrolling for ever videos manually
