Use Fabric Loader 0.14.25. also next time please do a search to see if your issue has already been solved.

I'm playing on 1.16.5. You can explain again why it doesn't work.And if you can send a link to what you need to download

You need to download and install Fabric Loader 0.14.25. Link:https://fabricmc.net/use/installer/ The download will install a Minecraft Profile that will use the 0.14.25 Fabric Loader. That is the profile that you need to use to get rid of the error message.
