IC2 uses a new recipe system. I'm not sure if it's exactly what is causing the
errors, but I'm pretty sure. Here's a pastebin with all of the exceptions.

Are you sure you had enough space for all the requirements for this recipe? Yup
What mods do you have installed?
A lot, But IC2 is culprit I believe. For quick reference, I have Forge #160.
