Villages often don't have enough structures #207

Describe the bug Ever since v3.4.4, I often find villages that don't have enough structures. It looks like a bug, but i'm not sure. See screenshots.

CTOV Version 3.4.7

Add-ons used No extra addons/mods (only explorer's compass)

Do you install Lithostitched?(1.20+) Yes

I'll up the spawning of structure in the next hotfix then
