I forgot to remove this particular mod; I don't the datapack; it worked without the original CTOV mod.
I only found out I had this mod installed when a new world generated with my character spawning in a taiga village with CTOV village version instead of the default one.
I do have Villagers Plus and Lithostitched installed however.
Nevermind CTOV was installed afterall.
