Not booting

It doesn't boot but keeps vibrating and then connecting to my computer but it keeps disconnecting after. I tried 2 different ways of trying to boot it but both resulted in it being stuck on boot screen.

i have same issue on unisoc sc9863a. In my case it just remains into bootanimation forever
