Even though its mentioned the commands is case insensitive, the commands listed can be either all small caps or big caps

Why are some commands in caps while others are small? Though it has been stated its case-insensitive, users may miss that out and think there is something that is missed or some commands need to be CAPS causing it to be misleading.
