Undescriptive exception message for premature commands #2

Done when first opening jar file.

Steps to reproduce: start 1 Expected: More descriptive exception message Actual:

While it is obvious that the game has not started yet, a more descriptive exception message may be useful.

This is pointed out, because for other commands such as setpower 5, an exception message which is descriptive is still shown, despite not being a valid available command at that stage of the game according to help.

Again, this is very minor and does not affect the overall usability of this unique and commendable software application, hence why the severity is very low.
