Some optimizations to appstream metainfo file #415

The old screenshots mentioned in chordpro.metainfo.xml are no longer available. I changed them to point to screenshots.debian.net. I did some other optimizations on the metainfo file...

Thanks. I have reinstalled the screenshots in https://www.chordpro.org/appdata/ . The 3rd screenshot is "screenshot3.png". Can you update the PR?
