Update macOS SwiftUI wrapper

Added welcome screen.
Added songbook export.
New application icon.
Added functionality to check for configurations with the same base-name next to a song.
Removed sandboxing. It is only required for applications in the Mac App Store and it is limiting the flexibility of the ChordPro CLI, like the option above.
Fixed building dmg on ARM (see https://github.com/create-dmg/create-dmg/issues/127).
Made the dmg the same as for classic.
Add option to the Makefile to build an ARM version with make ARCH=arm64. Obviously, this requires a Mac with an Apple Silicon processor.
Add-hoc code-sign the application because it is a requirement for ARM builds.

Oh, I've changed and added a lot of files but this PR does not include an updated MANIFEST...
