Configurable filter settings #144

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I want to be able to use different filter configurations. My tunes sound different in SF2 than in Vice for example. I want to be able to adjust the sound using a specific configuration for how the filter sounds.

Describe the solution you'd like Depending on what the resid library supports:

This can be done in the config file.

Describe alternatives you've considered Cumbersome roundtrip: pack, listen in vice, adjust...

Additional context Vice has parameters for example, jsidplay and Denise have profiles.

The filter curves for 6581 and 8580 are configurable. That's it for now.
