• [ ] OPTIONAL: Song list: Ctrl+HOME and Ctrl+END should go to absolute top and absolute bottom immediately (change from requiring double-tap)
• [x] Song list: Pressing ENTER on song list sequence numbers should jump to editing the description; this would make it more consistent with how descriptions are edited in tables
• [x] Song list: Fix Ctrl+ENTER (play from the selected song list position)

Feel free to move the song list stuff to a later release milestone. Personally I would vote that at least the color changes and Ctrl+Enter working again should be done; the other three could wait.

The updated PDF manual now have a borked index. Not sure why the export function in Word messed that up. It's still usable, but it looks silly.

I experimented a lot with my color suggestions from August, but I'm doing an 180 on those now. It turns out that Laxity's original colors settings for the song list is actually better after all. My suggestion doesn't quite feel right while his is more relaxed. For the other color schemes, I adjusted the colors around the cursor line a little bit here and there to improve on the contrast.
