Implements ASID as of #28
When new configuration item is set to a MIDI interface name, ASID will be sent out in parallel with the reSID audio
UI-less, so can be extended further
Based on compiled-in RtMidi
Tested on MacOS and Windows
Non-tested support for Linux included
Hardware tested: TherapSID and SidStation
