Contains both fonts hardcoded (default and c64)
Tables have twice as many rows when using c64 fonts
Pulse/Filter meters scale with font
Undocumented config Window.Font = DEFAULT | C64

TODO:

[x] Make configurable. The code is there but it messes things up..
[x] Splash screen has no text
[x] Test with all the drivers
