Ctrl+Enter for table index could also work to get back again #99

This one was suggested by SMC, but I've had this idea too some time ago. To be honest, I thought we already had an issue on it. I couldn't find it by searching for "ctrl", "enter" og "meta" - hope I didn't miss it?

So as it is now, Ctrl+Enter jumps to the right spot in another table. The idea is that when hitting the same hotkey in the secondary table, it returns back to the previous table - right on the byte position where it originally came from.

This thing with that is, that you could have jumped to another table from different other tables. ALT+Enter on, say the wave index in the instrument table, will transport focus to that index in the wave table. Similarly, pressing ALT+Enter on the jump command in the wave table will transport you to the index pointed by the jump mark. Pressing ALT+Enter on a command to set the wave table pointer to a specific index, from the command table, will also transport the focus to said index of the wave table. So the question is, what sort of behavior is expected.
