Fishing Rod recipe is back to vanilla in Bounds 2.6 #103

I started yesterday a new world in 2.6 and noticed the fishing rod recipe is now the vanilla recipe " 3 sticks + 2 strings". And the rod can not be baited as mentioned in the quest text.
