6 years ago after updating to Release 2.9 cooking time is now on average 10 ~ seconds on any items that are placed in the stoked kiln with 1 or 9 hibachi, not sure if that is intended but i am not complaining, much better than 2~15 mins
After i updated to 2.8 my stoked kiln started to get very RNG, anything from couple of minutes up to 10-15 mins to cook(fire?) any of the unfired clay items. The cracking animation starts and disappears through the progress, it looks like it resets.
