Every few seconds the game just freezes and then unfreezes after a few seconds #131

Describe the bug ->the game is running smoothly, except that every 2 seconds or so, it has a big stutter, like full on freeze for at least 2 seconds. its almost unplayable this way, and i have no idea how to diagnose the issue. If someone could direct me in a way of seeing logs that might point me to where the issue might be i'll be glad.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: honestly have no clue, don't know what i did that made the game lag so much.

Modpack version ->1.7 Java Version ->1.8.0_321 Modpack Launcher Used ->CurseForge Ram Allocated ->5GB

by creating a new world i found that it might be an issue with my own computer.
