are items such as: Draconic cores Chaos shards (all sizes) and all chaos items to make the mod flow with the rest of its items being emcable

if you have to use the fusion crafters i don't think they should have emc but that's just my opinion if its something you cqan craft normally in a crafting table then yeah that should have emc
