Refined Storage is not teaching Transmutation Table new recipes when linked with EMC Interface #167

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is. -> Refined Storage is not teaching Transmutation Table new recipes when linked with EMC Interface

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Link RS to EMC Interface
  2. Craft something from RS that is not known by ProjectE table
  3. Place item in RS storage
  4. Item is not learned / stored physically in RS system storage disk

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen. ->Item should be taught to ProjectE table and converted to EMC automatically

Modpack version ->1.9 Java Version ->1.16.5 Modpack Launcher Used ->GDLauncher Ram Allocated ->8GB

Additional context Add any other context about the problem here. -> Items tested on: Iron Hoe, Golden Hoe (Vanilla MC), Swiftwolf's Rending Gale (ProjectE)

Make sure that the EMC Interface has a higher priority than any other storage devices that are connected to your system so that items can be properly transmuted instead of simply being stored elsewhere.

Tried that and even setting storage disk to different value (EMC interface always being the higher priority) still doesn't work
