Describe the bug
Apotheosis Tome of weapons does not have EMC, while all other tomes do. (Tome of scrapping also does not have EMC).
To Reproduce No reproduction necessary.
Expected behavior I'd expect the tomes acting as more specific books to enchant to either all have EMC or none to have EMC.
