EMC suggestions for flux network #95

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. ->I added EMC values for the Flux Networks mod to my 'custom_emc.json' file, and here they are to reduce your workload (maybe).

Describe the solution you'd like -> As stated above, these are just suggestions for you to copy-paste into the official file.

Describe alternatives you've considered -> I had considered to make them more expensive, but that could lead to exploits when people craft things the normal way.

Mod Sugestions ->The custom EMC values in the Excel Workbook that I have attached is based entirely on the Minecraft values assigned. If those change, the Flux Network values will adjust. The inserted text box allows for easy copy-pasting into the 'custom_emc.json' file.

Just added Flux Dust and let ProjectE do the rest! Its all added now!

Not sure if this will get to you, but thanks for helping out my knowledge of how ProjectE works! It will surely save me many hours of calculating dependencies where I do not have to! You are very appreciated!
