Properly fixes #10 #12

Last night I meant to rename blueprint-tt-overwrite to tooltip-blueprint-overwrite (not lbl-blueprint-overwrite) to follow the naming scheme and then add the locale entry for it. This is what I get for looking at code in my sleep at 3AM.

You were too quick. I was going to delete my pull request and do it correctly but you already pulled it. :) My apologies.

Yeah, i noticed that, but was too lazy to change it, since the text was the same. The meaning of overwrite is probably gonna change in the next update anyways xD
