Reverse splitter input priority and output priority when mirroring a blueprint #20

Without this the input and output priority are not correct when mirroring a blueprint.

Note: All of the docs I've been able to find say that the properties should be "splitter_input_priority" and "splitter_outputpriority" but this only worked when I removed the "splitter".

Tested on Factorio 0.16.36 (build 36253, mac, steam)
