Foreman doesn't see hotbar in sandbox game mode. #5

Since there is no official player character Foreman fails to locate the "player's" hotbar. I'm not sure how one would go about getting the god-mode hotbar through the api.

Just had a quick look at this. It seems like the inventory index for the quickbar is different in sandbox mode. Foreman looks in the main inventory for blueprints in sandbox mode. Gonna report this as a factorio bug. https://forums.factorio.com/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=25933
