GUI collisions with other mods #31

I also use LTN Tracker and Todo List which also add GUI elements to the (top) left of the screen.

If I have LTN Tracker and Todo List open at the same time, then the GUIs are shown side-by-side and everything works fine. If I open either of those GUIs and TheFatController at the same time, then the two windows merge and TFC's GUI takes on the width of the other mod's window, seemingly becoming the lower half of that window.

I get some different results, depending on what mods where in the save when adding Todo list (probably would be similar if Todo list was in the save and TFC wasn't)

Screenshot from 2019-03-28 12-15-47 That is from a save that had TFC already in it

Screenshot from 2019-03-28 12-16-51 That is from a save without any mods (i assume in your case Todo list was already installed, because TFC appears under todo list in your save)

I'll see what i can do about it.

I added Todo List after TFC, but I do have a whole bunch of mods installed. I'll play around in a new save tonight and see if I can find a more reliable method of reproduction. Thanks for the quick response!

No need to play around. The order in which mods got added/activated always affected some mod gui things (like the order the buttons appear on the top) If i remember correctly i wanted TFC to appear below other mods (don't know the reason anymore), but especially with this bug: https://forums.factorio.com/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=67799 it might be worth it to move it next to other guis
