[BUG] error: procedure entry point could not be located #50

Hello. Latest version after install gives me an error "the procedure entry point RegisterSuspendResumeNotification could not be located in dynamic link library user32.dll" both plugin and stand-alone. Other Chow plugins (Matrix, Tape Model, Centaur) work fine. 2023-12-06 06_12_07-Add FX to_ Track 7 .
