fix bug & add feature #120

Fixed:

  1. 微调了 btn-search 、btn-toggle-dark 、btn-dropdown 的样式，使其居中
  2. 修复了 giscus 配置中的语法错误

Feature:

  1. _config.yml 文件中新增了 selection_color 的可配置项
