• currently we are consedring using alexa as data source
• neverthe less it got various issue
  • no semantic knowledge. only the name of the domain, and a rank
  • no idea if google.com got the same business facebook or others
• no link between each domain
• each domain is too vague... what is 'google.com'

all in all we need another :)

• find a existing service site of currating links with API
• it is best if it has semantic, e.g. tags
• possibly mix various metrics
  • url from curating services
  • traffic estimation via alexa

• must have an API
• should be popular
• if free, it is best
• seems a good source for 'personal globe'

• wellknown source, recognized as quality product

• could be a very nice first source of data
