'LoadUri' method on virtual renderer should accept playlists url like .m3u or .pls #1

Most radio streams provide a link to a .pls or .m3u file where the needed link is stored. so we may add the funktion to the kernel that 'loadUri' on the renderer allows .m3u, .pls and other lists provided
