Raumserver is beeing removed when updateing Raumfeld-System #2

When the RF-System does its update, the raumserver is beeing deleted (if installed on a RF device)because a new Image is beeing installed on the device. Maybe there is a way to prevent this problem?

After a short discussion with an technical engineer of RF i will lhave to investigate if there is some path which will not be affected by the update. But there is not much hope. Maybe there is a Change that there is a path on the host itself (because the database is persistent)

i found a path which will not be removed by the update. but i cant find any solution how to keep the autostart available becaus ethe init.d folders are beeing overwritten

I've contacted a Raumfeld developer who has opened a ticket for adding a possibility to call external scripts. Let's hope the best!

Well, i think (from the responses i got) that they are not willing to implement such think. Thats very disapointing and that makes me sad. I currently have no Idea how to achive this without this.
