New request "AlarmClock" possible? #25

Hi ChriD,

is it possible to enhance the raumserver with an alarm clock feature, so there is no more need to run a second device/app around the clock to trigger the commands? (This would reduce complexity and electric power consumption and enhance an alamclock stability)

Idealy the alarmclock takes current local time over ntp and sync with a parametered ntp-server.

Would be great if this feature request will be considered in the future.

I thought about this. There is an open issue. I think its called incident based events. There the alarm clock would fit. But first i have to clearify something with the rf developers.

Hope you'll be successfull! (Timing, Events etc.) Also to consider: How to switch off an alarmclock without a phone/tablet. Maybe with pressing keys on the speakers itself. (But this goes beyond the initial scope; Just thoughts)
