System rediscover on Bonjour and SSDP does not work #30

rediscovering does not work for bonjour discover. rediscovering does not work for SSDP discover. I may have to switch to another library?!

I have to dig deeper and be sure i wont run into "non closing ports" problem

The Bonjour discovery works good now and is committed, but i have to reimplement ssdp too. and check the startup process if there is no host
