Add Gitter badge to README #95

I'm interested in using Gitter as a communication tool for the project that doesn't depend on making new accounts and keeping things focused on our project.

The gitter interface is okay compared to discord or slack, but I do like it's focus on the project primarily.

Could also add a webhook to the travis.yml for updating the chat with the build status.
