These changes include the changes discussed in the issue https://github.com/ch-n/napari-time_series_plotter/issues/13 for the basic infrastructure to support time profile plotting of shapes and points in 2d+t, 3d+t images.

Changes include:

combobox element added in the layout displaying the plotting mode options (Voxel or shape).
create the logic for the different plotting modes in the draw method.
update the callbacks and connection for the new set_mode method
create the function that handle the ROIs in 2d+t, 3d+t images and compute the mean in the utils.py file.

Merge as starting point for the implementation. Further optimisations on this branche. @rjlopez2 take a look at #14 :)
