This pull request will add several new features to napari TSP.
ROI plotting based on a Shapes layer called ROI selection
ROI plotting combines all voxels inside of one or more shapes in the ROI selection layer. The combination mode can be selected out of Mean, Median, STD, Sum, Min and Max. The ROIs will, like the Voxel plotting (previously the only plotting mode), only consider the 2D slice currently viewed and plot over the first dimension of the selected layers.
Multi voxel plotting based on a Points layer called Voxel selection
Multi voxel plotting works similar to the previous voxel plotting, but with a points layer for voxel selection. Thus, the user can select multiple voxels at the same time to compare them.
Options for customising the plot title and axe labels as well as a scaling factor for the X-axis
