Always active live Voxel plotting and mode selection in toolbar #22

After using it for some time and upon some feedback I think it would be reasonable to have the live voxel plotting always active and just switch between ROI and multi voxel mode.

--> the next update should contain this minor change

--> if we change the toolbar in the process of adding export to CSV we might also move the mode selection to the toolbar

I made the icons based on the napari icons, must be mentioned somewhere, not sure where! Optimally the button should be toggle-able and switch between the two icons.

I will omit this in favour of the selection concept mentioned in #27. This increases the ease of usage.

With the layer_selection_rework all modes will work simultaneously, no need to select the plotting mode any more.
