Change the widget GUI for more convenient usage.

TSP should be callable as one widget from the viewer, so the user must not activate all widgets separately.
A toolbar for interaction with the figure will add functionality (save figure to file)

TODO:

[x] Create TSP main widget containing all sub-widgets
[x] Add the Matplotlib Toolbar to the plotter widget
