Alider regen fixes (checked drow not myr) timestop/winds on status bar for tty (not curses yet) weapon oprops enabled for certain armors, adds appropriate armor oprop to kuker etc. helm bonus dmg works on headbutts apo veil is shining headbutts fix invent desc for attack effects on arti rings

applied patches given by noisy on irc, i authored none of it <3
