Drain for gain with perma poly #2244

when you are permanently polymorphed by Helm of Undeath or black mother's abhorrent spore and lost a level, your max hp won't lower and you still gain increase max hp when you restore the lost level

It happens with normal polymorph too, but normally you will revert to your origin form and max hp is intact
