can't apply Great Claws of Urdlen to dig unless you have certain item in open inventory #2290

unless you have certain item in open inventory, when you try to apply Great Claws of Urdlen it will show

That is a silly thing to use or apply

the items i tested out include oil potion, gnomish pointy hat and dwarvish helm
