Adds extra clarification in documentation.

Sorry but I fail to see how the redundant use of "mutability" makes it clearer. With your version, it sounds like Buffer is a kind of mutable rope—while it is a different data-structure.

Reading back it seems my comment was bit hasty. After playing around with the lib some more, I suppose it is no less clear than the original and is probably incorrect. I will close this pull request.
