Install script error on version check when using pre-release versions of Neovim

Describe the bug The script is having trouble getting the version of Neovim when the Neovim version is not using the X.Y.Z versioning.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install the pre-release version of Neovim.
2. Run the installation command.

Expected behavior The install script must successfully check the version number of Neovim.
